What a service covers

Everything checked, nothing skipped

  • Heat pump performance check under load
  • Filter clean and a full system test
  • Coil and drainage check so it runs efficiently
  • Electrical safety inspection on the unit and supply
  • Thermostat and timer setup for lower running costs
  • A written report with plain-English advice

Repairs

Fast, honest fault finding

If your heat pump is short-cycling, blowing cold, dripping or throwing an error, we find the cause before we quote a fix. You get told what it is, what it costs, and whether it is worth repairing, in plain English.

We carry common parts and handle the electrical side ourselves, so most repairs are sorted in one visit.

Common questions

Servicing questions, answered

How often should a heat pump be serviced?

Once a year keeps it running well and catches small problems before they get expensive. Heavy-use homes can benefit from a check each winter.

My heat pump is not heating. Can you fix it?

Usually, yes. We find the fault first, tell you what it is and what it costs, then repair it. If a part is not worth replacing, we will say so.

Do you service units you did not install?

Yes. We service and repair most brands, whoever fitted them originally.
